The Transformative Retail group’s Home Furnishing Design Consultants are hospitality-obsessed professionals who have a passion for helping guests see what is possible with the latest on-trend merchandise. Our team is instrumental in building meaningful relationships with our guests and assisting them with creating the home of their dreams. If you enjoy an energizing environment, have a passion for interior design, and the ability to drive sales, this position has the potential to offer you a creative and rewarding career.

We offer a very desirable benefits package with both commission and non-commission compensation plans available, which include bonus opportunities. Our commission plan is one of the best, and our top 10% of Design Consultants consistently earn over $100K annually. Applicants should be prepared to work retail hours which include weekends and evenings until 7 pm.

We are always looking for service-minded individuals to join our sales team. Occasionally, we have openings for administrative staff, warehouse, and delivery positions.

Our guests can expect us to furnish their home with a level of style and quality that is only overshadowed by the comfort it provides. As a team member, you can expect us to furnish things for you, too!
